Standard corugated cliches

For standard jobs, especially suitable for corrugated paper printing and the use of water-based inks. Due to its low hardness it adapts to the cardboard providing a magnificent transfer of ink.

For jobs with delicate prints and fine strokes, minimize the trapping in both positive and negative thanks to its hardness of 32 ° shores. Good reproduction of frames and fine lines.

Cliche with a lower caliber combined with foam minimizes trapping, both positive and negative. Lower stitch gain and better adaptation to carton ridge. Very good reproduction of frames and fine lines.

The combination of the hard + foam resin makes practically non-existent traps and dot gain with excellent results and a very good adaptation to the cardboard ridge. This type of cliche is replacing the 6mm solid resin cliche. Excellent reproduction of frames and fine lines.

High quality corrugated cardboard cliches

Conventional photopolymer insolated by negative photolites. Especially suitable for high quality coated papers. With a tonal range in low gauges from 3% to 94%.

Directly laser engraved, it guarantees less dot gain and a tonal range of 1% to 98%. It improves the reproduction of the images as they are able to record bigger lines and smaller points. The repeatability of the work is also guaranteed with complete precision.

Increases print resolution thanks to 4000 dpi resolution. It also has a better transfer of ink with which increases the productivity of the printer since the cliches are less dirty in printing.

Same benefits as the digital cliche, but this one is designed to minimize the marking of the ridge or high area of the corrugated board.

An unmatched point reproduction capability, achieving a stable range of 0.4% to 100% in line up to 300dpi. Robust and stable in the performance of the press. Excellent ink transfer for smooth, uniform solids and high print densities. The minimum point size, achieves excellent results in the required high lights.

Cliches for wooden containers

This type of cliche uses the same base of the plate as pre-assembly without the need to use polyester shirts or adhesives. With this system it is guaranteed that the cliche will never leave the assembly and will not have air bubbles that distort the height of the same.

For standard jobs, especially suitable for wood printing and the use of water-based inks. Due to its low hardness it adapts to the support providing a magnificent transfer of ink.

Even with all the new technologies in liquid cliche that can perfectly replace the analog solid, it still has more durability and repeatability. It is advisable for long runs which require frequent printing.
